At Factory Direct Mats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
